HOW CAN I KNOW WHAT MY TOTAL REDECORATION COST WILL BE?

We require you to state your furnishings budget in your room brief in order to source products within that budget so you know before you start decorating how much the overall project will cost.  However we do not factor delivery costs, so remember to consider these when specifying your project budget. Also remember that some installation costs will also vary based on your level of involvement, the complexity of project and if you hire any external contractors such as plumbers or electricians prior to the Interior Decor + Styling Service starting.  

 

HOW MUCH WORK IS INVOLVED ON MY END?

This depends on the project and on how much you’d like to be involved. Some of our clients love to get involved with projects and purchase their own products. Others would prefer a more hands-off approach so they get the full WOW experience when the new space is revealed. Whichever you prefer, we’re here to help!

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

We will need room dimensions and photos, plus details of items that you may wish to keep.  You’ll also need to complete a style quiz that helps us understand your natural design preferences.  Book here to arrange for a free home design consultation where we discuss the brief and obtain the details of the space.  Home consultations outside Leicestershire normally incur a minimum £25 charge.

 

WHAT DO I GET?

Your Interior Decor + Styling fee covers the decorating and room dressing process and includes behind the scenes work to create a detailed custom floor plan.  All products will be purchased on your behalf unless you prefer to buy them yourselves.  A 50% payment deposit is required before work starts to ensure that you are committed to the design process. 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE MY PROJECT?

Once we have received the deposit payment, we will book your project into the diary and purchase the required furniture and product items. Once work starts your bespoke Interior Decor + Styling  generally takes a few days to complete depending on the complexity and size of the space. We try our best to finish your project as soon as we can so that you can have a room that you love as quickly as possible with minimum disruption to your home or business. 

 

WILL YOU GIVE ME A LIST OF CONTRACTORS IN MY AREA?

We’ll be happy to assist you in finding specialist professionals in your area such as plumbers or builders. In addition Curran Interior Design is able to provide curtains, blinds and bespoke upholstery.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO DESIGN MULTIPLE ROOMS?

We’re happy to help you makeover multiple rooms in your home or business.  As the Interior Decor + Styling fee is based on each individual space you’d like designed please get in touch for a multiple spaces bespoke quotation.

 

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESIGN?

We want you to love your new space. Since interior design is a service, we cannot refund design fees once work has begun. If you are unhappy with any part of your final design, please contact us and we will do everything that we can to make it right.
